- Do your favorite exercise – whatever you truly enjoy (e.g., walking, swimming, running, cycling, etc.) three times a week for 20-30 minutes.
- Do the WOW (Workout of the Week) – 8 to 10 “Feats of Strength” – three times a week for 15 minutes.
- Begin with the Starter’s WOW or try the most current WOW.
- Get in “tune with your tummy” – KNOW the OOGIE!
- Slow down and savor each meal.
- Eat till you’re sated, then you’re done.
