OK, if you want “S” to mean something – let’s call it Screwy pSychology.
But it’s screwy only in the sense that it runs counter to most of what’s being advocated out there for weightloss.
Everybody’s saying if you want to lose weight you gotta do some killer workout five days a week and starve yourself six. Will you lose weight that way? Yes. Will most people do it? No! And, if they do do it – they won’t keep doing it. Because it’s not natural! It’s not the way this life was meant to be. You don’t have to kill yourself with exercise or starve yourself with diets to lose weight, get in shape, and feel great.
WEMPS is screwy in the sense that it believes you CAN lose weight, get in shape, and feel great – for the rest of your life – and actually enjoy it!

Honestly, ask yourself these questions:
If you lose weight by starving yourself or swearing off certain foods – are you going to do that for the rest of your life?
If you lose weight by enduring a killer workout for one hour every other day – are you going to do that for the rest of your life?
WEMPS is a realistic and healthy approach that you can enjoy – for the rest of your life!
I have no problem at the thought of taking a walk for twenty minutes, three times a week for the rest of my life. In fact, I’d enjoy it!
I have no problem at the thought of keeping my body strong and toned, three times a week for fifteen minutes the rest of my life. I’d feel great!
I have no problem at the thought of slowing down to really enjoy my food – all kinds of food – for the rest of my life. I’d love it!
